Bijgewerkt op 2 november 2026. Deze verklaring gaat over de website titanfulfilment.nl en het contact dat je via deze website met ons opneemt.

Who is responsible?

TITAN Fulfilment is responsible for the processing of personal data via this website. Our address is Kelvinstraat 7A, 6003 DH Weert. Our Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number is 97637432. You can reach us via info@titanfulfilment.nl or by telephone on +31 495 745 032. You can also use this email address for privacy questions and requests.

When you contact us or request a quote

We process the data you enter in order to answer your question, call you back or prepare a suitable proposal. This concerns your name, email address, message and, depending on the form, your company name, telephone number, online shop address, desired service, estimated order volume and requirements for your products.

Mandatory fields are required to handle the request via the form. A telephone number is only mandatory if you ask to be called back. You can also call or email us yourself. Do not send us passwords, identity documents, payment details or personal data of your own customers.

If you request a quote for yourself or enter into an agreement yourself, we use the necessary data to prepare or perform an agreement at your request. If you contact us on behalf of an organisation, or ask a general question, our legitimate interest is maintaining business contact and responding to your request. We do not automatically use these contact details for newsletters or advertising.

How your message reaches us

The website checks your input and sends a successful request to info@titanfulfilment.nl. The message contains the details you entered and the page from which you made the request. Your email address is used so that we can reply to you. The website does not send you an automatic confirmation email.

The content of your request is not stored as a submission in the WordPress database. The email received is, however, processed by Titan. SiteJob handles the technical management and sending via Google Workspace, using the SiteJob sending account info@sitejob.nl. As a result, these service providers also process the message data for technical delivery. The website does not send your request to a CRM or visitor analytics system.

Hosting, management and backups

SiteJob hosts and manages the website for us and provides the management environment in which we update the website. SiteJob acts as our processor. In the event of server errors, the server may log an error message with technical request data, such as your IP address and the requested page. Ordinary access logs are switched off. Encrypted backups of the website are made regularly so that we can restore it after an outage.

How the website works and how it is secured

To deliver pages to your browser, the web server processes, among other things, your IP address and technical request data. Our legitimate interest is a website that is available, reliable and protected against misuse.

The forms use temporary security data. A value derived from your IP address and a counter limit repeated requests; this counter expires one hour after the last accepted attempt. A random receipt reference containing the status of your request expires after 15 minutes. A reference that prevents duplicate submission expires after two hours. This data does not contain any form content. A processing lock contains only a timestamp and is deleted once processing is complete. Expired data is no longer used for these functions; technical clean-up may take place later.

How often the website is viewed

We track on our own server how often pages are viewed each day, via which type of channel or website visitors arrive, and using what type of device (computer, mobile phone or tablet). We count visits from search engines and other bots separately. We do not place or read anything on your device for the purposes of this tracking. We do not use or store your IP address, nor do we create a visitor ID or profile. If a visitor identifies itself as a search engine or AI service, such as Googlebot, we compare the IP address during that request with that service’s public list to distinguish genuine bots from fake ones. The IP address is not stored or passed on in the process. We only store aggregated daily figures for a period of 25 months. SiteJob processes these figures as our data processor and does not use them for its own purposes. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing how the website is used.

How we are found in Google

Via Google Search Console, we see how often our pages appear and are clicked on in Google’s search results, and for which search queries. Google only provides these figures in aggregated form. We do not receive any data about individual searchers, and the website does not send anything about you to Google for this purpose. SiteJob retrieves these figures for us and keeps them for 16 months. Google processes search data under its own terms. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the website findable and usable.

How long do we keep data?

For contact and quotes, the retention period is determined by the handling of your question, the follow-up of the proposal and any agreed follow-up contact. As soon as the request has been closed and there is no longer any follow-up contact, agreement, legal obligation or dispute to be dealt with for which the data is needed, we delete the data that is no longer required. If an agreement is concluded, we only keep the data that remains necessary for its performance and the associated administration. Where there is a statutory retention obligation, we keep the relevant data for as long as that obligation applies.

The temporary security data has the expiry periods stated above. The web server checks error logs daily for rotation and keeps a maximum of 52 older log files. Empty logs are not rotated; this is therefore not a fixed retention period of 52 days. We keep the aggregated visitor numbers for 25 months and the figures from Google Search Console for 16 months. The retention periods of browser storage are set out in the Cookie Policy.

Website preferences and external environments

The website can remember in your browser your choice of light or dark mode and whether you closed a contact bar. WordPress may use technical storage for displaying symbols and for administrator accounts. The Cookie Policy describes what data this involves and how to delete it.

This website does not load any analytics or advertising scripts and does not make session recordings. We do not create visitor profiles via this website and do not make solely automated decisions about your request. Fonts and website images are served by the website itself. A link to the customer portal or another website takes you to a separate environment; the processing there is not covered by this statement.

Your privacy rights

You can ask us for access to your personal data and to correct inaccurate data. Depending on the situation, you can request erasure, restriction of processing or transfer of your data. You can object to processing based on a legitimate interest. If processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw that consent; this does not affect any processing that was lawfully carried out before then.

Send your request to info@titanfulfilment.nl and describe what it concerns. Do not send an identity document on your own initiative. If we need additional information to establish your identity, we will agree this with you. You will in principle receive a response within one month. If the law allows an extension, we will let you know within that month why more time is needed.

If you do not agree with the way we process your data, you can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
